  Came in recently to get some lighting accessories to rebuild a leisure light fixture that the guts were wearing out. Came for an inline dimmer switch, which was defective... Don't know if it was operator error or mechanical error. These guys made some suggestions which were accepted, about what they would do if they owned it. It made sense. They took the defective part back, and sold me a slightly different model, which was more money, but it made more sense that way, and works great! Very happy with their professionalism, and helpfulness. I will be coming back here again for my lighting needs.
